📝 Ingredients (For 4 to 6 servings of revisited White Lady 😍🍦)

🍸 For the ultra-creamy vanilla ice cream:

230 g of Paulette's Vanilla Mix (available at Gelmix)
1 liter of very cold whole milk (the fat content is essential for optimal texture)

🍫 For the melting chocolate sauce:

200 g of 70% dark chocolate (a high-quality chocolate for an intense flavor)
15 cl of whole liquid cream
30 g of butter
20 g of muscovado sugar (or regular brown sugar)
A pinch of fleur de sel (to enhance the flavors)

🫛 For the ultra-airy homemade whipped cream:

25 cl of whole liquid cream (min. 35% fat)
30 g of powdered sugar
1 vanilla pod (or 1 teaspoon of natural extract)
